In relation to families we believe:

• Security will be developed for the child by working to create collaborative partnerships between families, staff and children.

• Effective communication between staff, children and families is the key to a successful relationship.

• Families are the primary teachers of their children. We will work to support families in their parenting role and share with them information of benefit to their children’s development and progress.
